ALACHUA MUSIC HARVEST - 1997 - Ben Harper. The Stage collapsed because of the rain. Ben Harper didn't want to disappoint. So in a small barn he sat with his guitar on a bail of hay and just jammed for an hour. The barn was packed full of people, trying to be so quiet to hear but wanting to just scream, but couldn't or the music would be drowned out. People huddled together in the lofts and anywhere they could fit in to keep from the rain and enjoy the jam. I sat next to him, with my now 14 year old daughter Zoë in my tummy. I thought at that moment, this is the most amazing experience, so kind, so full of luv. I was feeling at odds for many reasons in my pregnancy.. but this time, this moment, made me realize good things could only come of this. BEST CONCERT EVER
I love true artists like that! They really do it for the love of the music and the fans who appreciate it. Those kind of experiences are wonderful.0 -
Oasis at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado. It was amazing!!
My husband and I were there for a show in 2005. DAMN!! That was an incredible show!!
However, my personal favorite would have to be ALL the time I have seen Bret Michaels!! 3 times this year and once last year! (Poison, Motley Crue and New York Dolls was the best as far as the technical stuff, but not the best as far as the show itself. Rochester MN this year would be the best for that!!)0 -
Skillet...I've seen them twice, and would DEFINITELY go again0

Pink Floyd. You can't beat them in concert...actually, you can't really beat Pink Floyd at much of anything, musically speaking.0
-
Metallica and Godsmack. Same venue, same night. Bad *kitten*.
Korn put on a pretty killer show too.
Tom Petty at the Gorge at George is always one I look forward to on an annual basis.0 -

Madonna was fantastic!
Nickelback rocked the house as well!!!0 -
Mumford and Sons at the Rhythm Room in Phoenix0

Green Day, hands down. Even after they physically dragged Billy Joe off the stage, he came back with his guitar and sang. They had started taking down the stage and HE WAS STILL SINGING!
Also Linkin Park and 100Monkeys are very close seconds0 -

Last year Rob Zombie, it was wicked0

Hands down, Comeback Kid/Rise Against in 2005.
Second place is a tie between Snapcase - 2002, Alkaline Trio - 2003, Rancid - 2003, and all 5 of the Every Time I Die shows I've been to spanning 2005 - 2011 (not biased or anything...)0 -
Rascal Flatts
Disturbed
Story of the Year
Avenged Sevenfold
Dropkick Murphys
Rise Against
Billy Talent
I could go on forever.0 -

I have seen a lot of great shows, but hands-down the best was seeing Elton John and Billy Joel in their Face-to-Face tour. I saw them in LA and they had two pianos on the stage. Our seats were actually behind the stage, which at first seemed like a really crappy place to sit, but as it turns out, we were able to watch Billy's hands on the keys and let me tell you....magic! That was a show I will never forget.0

1 - Toby Keith w/ Blake Shelton
2 - KISS w/ Ted Nugent and Skid Row

I've been to 500+ concerts, so here goes top 5. The top three I've seen so many times that I can't name a specific time/place. Every time is amazing.
1. U2 (can't tell you which time)
2. Pearl Jam
3. Muse
4. Ryan Adams (Ryman Auditorium - Nashville, TN - people in that town actually know how to listen at a concert rather than talk)
5. Oasis (Summer 2004ish)0 -
Finch at Liverpool Barfly 2009 (I think that was the year). Saw them twice before that but this gig was the best one
Download 2009 (The Saturday)
Warriors Dance Festival (Enter Shikari, Chase and Status, Pendulum and Prodigy) 2010.
