I had a Banana Applesauce Muffin (a whole 92 cals!) and 6 almonds at 7:15 a.m.
Then at 9:30 I had a Banana Peanutbutter Pita and 1/4 c blueberries w/ 3 oz. nonfat yogurt.
Coffee w/ sugarfree creamer (my worst vice)0 -
I had a power shake for brekfast

I had 2 pieces of white toast with margerine (sp?)... no nutritional value really...just quick and easy (just had a baby 8 weeks ago and am trying to get back into the swing of things) :happy:0
