Yes you did miss some important parts
    > pop tarts and bacon, not necessarily together though. I believe Shawn is having pop tarts and peanut butter tonight by the way.

This should actually just morph into a blog, but whatever...

    For my fitness pals.

breakfast: two meatloaf sammies. Look real close, my meatloaf is mostly grated celery, zucchini, carrots and eggs. By weight the meatloaf is 2lbs, but 1 pound is veggies using 85/15 organic ground beef.

87c/24f/44p, but I have to disclose, 21g of the 87g is fiber. It's a great way to get the kids to eat veggies. Incidentally a great way for their dad to eat veggies too.

thanks bro. I appreciate the props. I'm 5'8" though so your weight may be heavier or less depending on your height. I'm sure you don't want to be my weight if you were 6'4" or something...

MEAL #2: Postworkout meal. It was actually kinda hard to put down because of the full pitcher of Scivation's Xtends BCAAs Orange Flavor. I know my diary says "lemon" but the macros and nutrient contents are the same.

Two Pop Tart Ice Cream Sammies
One 1/2 gallon pitcher of water with 3 servings of Scivation's Xtend in Orange flavor
One Pint of Cookies and Cream Artic Zero Ice Cream
1.5 servings of Chocolate Whey Protein.

    Macros are 115c/12f/87p

I had to eat this in two phases because I usually don't take in that much protein in one sitting.

Enjoy the food porn, whoops, I mean food...

    OH MY GOD

I know right...the boxes are stacked quite neatly.

but seriously, my wife saw all 8 cases and wasn't even shocked. She didn't even give me here patented, "oh please" stare she usually gives me. Amazing how she's actually used to all the insane and insaner things I do.

Buying 8 cases of rice cakes is definitely more insaner than buying 5 or 6. You may be able to put in OPS allotment in MFP.

For example you would have "Fats, Carbs, Proteins, Sodium, Fiber, OPS's"

You could allocate or design events for the next day to make sure you are successful, whilst not going over OPS macro.

Congratulations!! Your before/during/after photos are terrific. And thanks so much for the Arctic Zero post; I had never heard of that before. This product could really help my Ben&Jerry's/Dove cravings.

I have plenty OPS's left for the day good sir. RalphB22 on the other hand needs to reverse diet that macro higher.
