I had 3 chocolate chip pancakes 1/2 c sugar free syrup, and a banana with a big ol glass of ice water.
400 cals. YUM!
What kind of choco chip pancakes did you make for so few calories? I'd love to try them!!
I use the bisquick heart smart pancake recipe, 3 pancakes (190 cal) prepared with 1.5 tbsp mini chocolate chips.
It's in the baking isle. Good stuff. I'll never go back to hungry jack!)

2oz low sugar muesli with 100ml of skimmed milk
1 pot of low fat yoghurt (125g) and an apple!!
Lunch was;
1 pitta bread
1 1/2 ozs of feta cheese
2 ozs of pepper
1 oz of red onion
1 svg of lettuce
3 olives
1 tomato
3 tsp of low fat salad dressing
Getting a little bit hungary for dinner now. 'Tis 5pm now in Dublin, Ireland.. Will be having Potatoe & Onion Curry!!0 -
I am usually a egg white omelet with 2 % cheese and a cup of coffee with sugar free french vanilla creamer and one splenda or a bowl of special K protein cereal with fat free milk and my coffee of course0

I'm trying to follow some advice, so I'm trying to eat a bigger breakfast instead of basically just a snack. Today I had scrambled eggs (2 whites, 1 whole egg) a serving of Garden Vegetable Wheat Thins and Garden Vegetable Low-Fat Cream Cheese, 4 prunes, and a cup of coffee with low-fat creamer. Yummy0

Today I had a piece of gluten free soy and linseed vogels (which is a yummy NZ bread) with half a table spoon of light cream cheese and 50g smoked salmon on it. Plus an orange, a glass of warm water and a trim flat white
If I don't have that my other breakfast options are; avocado on vogels with a blueberry, rice milk and protein shake or; Proats (porridge oats made with vanilla protein powder) mixed with cinnamon and blueberries0 -

Today was 1 egg and 2 whites scrambled, half a whole wheat fajita tortilla, sauteed red bell pepper and green onion, and a lamb sausage. sprinkled some dabs of goat cheese on the eggs.
Tomorrow will be 1/2 cup steel cut oats with bits of dried cranberry and almonds, and a cup of almond milk.0 -
