Got a recommendation for this group from my aunt. I'd like to join, too! I've done 1 intentional workout on my new Zumba for the Wii. However I have counted the two nights I had to play drumset for my pep band as exercise because that is WAY outside of my normal realm of activity! (I teach middle school and high school band and choir.)
Please put my total at 3.
