Yummy. I believe it was about 410 calories, I am shoot for a 2000 calorie day. Have a great day.

1 slice of whole grain light toast W 1/2 tablespoon of sugar free jelly and 1 tsp of light cream cheese..

I don't do well with regular breakfast foods so I usually just have a sandwich and coffee. I had 2 slices of whole wheat with provalone, honey ham, and roma tomato...Yummy 375 cal.0

1 handful of dry roasted salted cashews ( 70 calories )

I use only 1 TBSP b/c that's enough for me. I think natural PB is better for you.. not sure but that's what I'd go with if I had to choose which was better for me.
Nutella on waffles, with pretzels, toast and even mini caramel rice cakes. It's just so good!

I think I will have scamble eggs and toast and diet jelly. Get off to a good protein breakfast.
