Hey everyone sorry for not checking in sooner, been ill!
I've been so bad this week, we ate out four days in a row. Then I was ill so I was just eating whatever I felt I needed to so I could get better.
Does anyone use a pedometer? I used one (Well, a PokeWalker XD) at work to see just how much I was walking about, and managed to get nearly 12,000 steps in the seven hours I was there!0 -

any ideas would be appreciated, I started working out almost 2 weeks ago and still eating under my calories and i have been staying right around 218 pounds. I am sure ive lost in size but its frustrating that I cant see anything on the scale. I wonder if its muscle? any ideas, I really need to stay motivated because im going on a week vacation and Im going to gain water weight from the car drives and it will be very challenging on what I can eat and when I can work out.0
