    Thank you for sharing - to see the changes in poeple's bodies and faces is amazing - not only do people lose weight, most look like they have lost a few years off their age, and gained some great body shapes.

    I have my before pics all ready to go in anticipaton of having some afters just as inspiring as all who have posted here. I know it's going to take a long while - but I WILL do it.

    If I could come and shake your hand I would!! In my opinion what you have achieved is one of the greatest accomplishments on here!! You deserve a massive pat on the back

    Wow this thread is really inspiring. You have all done so well, it's quite moving!! It's really given me a boost seeing people who have stuck at it and now stand proud with amazing results. :) I hope to be able to post pics in this thread some time in the not too distant future. :)
