I'm 5'4" and weigh 125 pounds. My personal trainer set a goal of 130 pounds for my build and age (big-boned and 54 years old). It took almost one year (started at 176 pounds). Once I got to 130 my body kept losing and has "chosen" to stay in the 125-127 pound range give or take a few depending on water weight and time of day. My starting measurements were 41.5" bust, 37.5" waist, 44" hips and 32.5% body fat. Now I am 35" bust, 29" waist, 37" hips and 21% body fat. Don't have any "before" pictures and most of my "after" pictures in my profile show me bundled up in ski jackets, etc. LOL

    <-- before and after...I'm 5'4 with a loss of about 80+ pds..
  • I am about 5'3", and I have set a ULTIMATE goal for 145, but before I get to that, my more realistic goal will be 180. I'm at 239 lbs as of last Weds. ( I weigh in on every Weds ). I have lost a total of 5 lbs in a week. I started late in January.. on the 22nd to be exact. But I deffanatly feel a diference, and see slight improvments. That's what keeps me going strong.
When I hit my 1 month mark, I will show the before dieting pics, and the one month progress pics.

    I'm 5'4 and when I started I weighed 154 lbs and had a 36DD chest.

4 months later I'm 143lbs, have a 36D chest, and have built up a good amount of muscle.

My original goal was to hit 142, but now I want to hit 140. I'll still have big boobs and awesome curves!!

Oh, and my profile pic is from Sept 2010 (I was about 150 lbs). I'm the blonde on the left. I have to get some new pics up!!

I am 5'3" and my top weight has been 210, my short term goal is 174 by June 1st, my ultimate goal is 125. I am doing the Jorge Cruise Fat Belly Cure and so far I really like it! Started doing the Fast Track program and I am transitioning to the "Diet". It is pretty close to doing the Paleo diet which I am a fan of, as opposed to NO carbs which I don't think is healthy overall. My kids and my hubby are doing it with me!

  • I'm 5'3 - started at 175 lbs. currently at 132 lbs. goal is 120 (may re-evaluate when I get there).
  • Hey Sweets you can do it!! I just hit the 150's coming from 204 a little over 1yr ago. also I am 5'4...You can so do this..Be motivated...My goal weight was orginally 140...but after I started losing and taking pictures..I changed it to 155 and final 160 toning and weight training...I like curves...not straight up and down look...So really it varies your frame...I would say set a reasonable goals and take pics...It won't lie to you...Enjoy your healthier lifestyle of health and exercise...

    This is me at 204ish

  • I'm 5 ft 6 inches. My goal is anywhere between 130 and 150 lbs. I used to be about 120 ( ten years ago) and that is definitely too tiny for my height and body structure. My advice is to figure out what your range is for your height specifically. It's okay to be at the top of that range, or even a bit above it, if its a healthier weight for your body structure. Once you get near the top range, you will know if that is where you should be, or if a few more lbs off is needed.
