Has anyone heard this? I think I'm definitly going to try it out at my next weigh in. Also cutting my hair, that should really help as well!!!

    LOL! This is great...

Removing excess weight by removing nail polish doesn't do much, but hey, you never know! When I cut 14 inches off my hair, I didn't even lose 1/2 pound. It didn't even show on the scale, at all!

However, a good pee or a nice bowel movement will help!

Make sure you spit a lot to get rid of that excess saliva weight.

I was so disappointed last time I cut my hair that the scale didn't go down, LOL.

I put my arms over my head when I weigh. The scale doesn't register the extra weight because of the distance.

I wait until morning wood subsides
  • I've discovered that I subconsciously try to levitate while on the scale. Give it a whirl!

LMAO at this thread!!!! Hmm, next time I weigh in I will definitely have to remove my specs.... well, if the extra weight of them doesn't help, the fact I won't be able to read the result might!
  • and brush your teeth, that plaque can be a nightmare!

Seriously!!! I was drinking water and read that... Came right out my nose. Thank you!
