Are the egg wraps the same as wonton wraps? I've been using those. Only 20 calories a sheet. I like to bake them, then put sugar free pudding and fat free cool whip in them...a mini pie!! I, also, sauteed green peppers, onions and mushrooms. Put those hot ovre a block of low fat cream cheese, Stirred in some garlic salt and other seasonings. Lined a mini muffin tin with a wrap, put in the cream cheese mixture and baked them. Yummy!!0

Thanks for sharing your "obsession", lol! Great ideas in this thread. Using egg roll wrappers for all these yummy things never dawned on me. Yay!! Going to pick some up tomorrow at the store. Lets see what I can get into these babies, lol....0

I make spring rolls with shredded daikon radish, carrots, scallions, water chestnuts, and purple cabbage, tossed with different Chinese sauces. Yum!
I actually don't. I use a fresh rice wrapper and I then dip it in a mixture of soy, ginger, and honey. Mmm.....0 -

I typically use the wonton wraps and make bite sized snacks. Brush the wraps with a little beaten egg white, bake for a few minutes in a mini muffin pan then fill with whatever is on hand and sounds good together, throw in the oven a few more minute and voila! Some of the favorites are crab rangoons (cream cheese and crab), plain cream cheese, and taco!0

I usually brown some ground turkey with broccoli slaw and a little teriyaki(sp?) and soy sauce, wrap them up in egg roll wrappers. I used to fry in my prior life, lol, but now i'll have to try them either baking or pan frying them with PAM. I have a pack in the fridge so I know what i'll be having for dinner one night.0

i made a lasagna in a won ton wrapper and it was delicious! i made them for my folks and my diabetic father ate about ten! which is probably not so good for his diabetes but he loved them.0
