I'm not an food elitist, I swear! I live in SF so It's easier to be picky with where my food comes from. I try to source as many of my produce from local growers/farmer's markets. All the chicken/turkey /eggs I try try try to get from free range sources. Same with fish, I won't buy tilapia from Thailand/china because of the way it is farmed and the impacts on the ecosystem. I sound preachy...I'm really not sorry!!

I would recommend that you switch to a peanut butter that has only one ingredient: peanuts. Jif Natural, while supposedly healthier then normal hydrogenated and heavily salted peanut spreads, still contains extra sugar and salt. Real peanut butters such as Adams or the kind that you get from the grinder at Whole Foods, contain only one ingredient, roasted peanuts, with no extra sodium or pointless sugar.0 -

Liquid egg whites are great for protein, but they have almost no nutritional value beyond that. You may as well just be drinking protein powder.
Whole eggs, however, contain tons of vitamins and nutrients and are extremely healthy. The yolk is where the developing fetus gets all of its nutrition.
It has also been shown that eating 2-3 whole eggs a day helps improve fat loss and muscle gain as well as help develop healthy hormone and nutrient levels in the body.
The idea that the fat in eggs will harm you has been dis-proven many times. This myth needs to die.0 -

yogurt. I don't like most yogurts, and that includes Greek yogurt. So I eat Dannon Light & Fit. It doesn't have that yogurt tang that I don't like.
spices- I have a variety of spices! I find that it helps keep food from getting boring. For example, I make my own applesauce and constantly try different spice combinations.
Soy Milk- I use Silk. I tried almond milk and found that I didn't like the taste of it much.
Soy protein powder- I use this for the occasions when I want to add a little protein to a carb-rich meal. I also use it in baking.
Cucumbers- I could eat this plain. Actually, I have.0 -
