water with natural fruit flavorings (blueberries, strawberries, lemons, etc mixed into it)
tea (any kind)
the occasional water with crystal light
soy milk (light, plain)
protein shakes
and coffee.0 -

Keep in mind while diet drinks are zero calories they still can cause bloating and increase your craving for sweet things. Also, I recently learned that splenda causes bloating, belly fat retention, cravings for sweets, as well as gas! So everything in moderation is still key.0

Seltzer and flavored black coffee0

lime cordial and protein shakes.0

I love to drink Sambazon and Celcius. They taste great and are at 0 calories and give you energy. Also, you can try Yerba Mate Tea which gives energy as well!0

You have to be careful with juices, too, but I like to mix juice with seltzer. A 50-50 mix is a good starting point. I find that with many juices I can had more than 50% seltzer. V-8 juice is another possibility.0

I would say cut them out completely
I'm not sure about the zero calorie versions, but the calorie versions of coke etc also make the eating of quality nutrients futile as coke destroys the acid in the stomach...
Please can someone clarify this?? i think i'lll open up a thread about this0 -
