In terms of no-cal sweeteners, I like Stevia. A tiny bit goes a long way.0

I really like the Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice tea -- its sweet but there's not sugars or artificial sweeteners in it -- its kinda like a chai tea without any dairy in it.0

Keep in mind while diet drinks are zero calories they still can cause bloating and increase your craving for sweet things. Also, I recently learned that splenda causes bloating, belly fat retention, cravings for sweets, as well as gas! So everything in moderation is still key.
I would say cut them out completely
I'm not sure about the zero calorie versions, but the calorie versions of coke etc also make the eating of quality nutrients futile as coke destroys the acid in the stomach...
Please can someone clarify this?? i think i'lll open up a thread about this0 -

Lots of green tea with either stevia or agave syrup.. Earl Grey tea with honey... I do some juicing and have that sometimes (no sweeteners needed with most fruit juices). I love almond soy milk and rice milk too. The chocolate flavored ones are yum!0

I drink lots and lots of different teas. Especially Green Tea with pomegranate. High in antioxidants and pomegranate helps with metabolism. Other than that, I drink tons of water too.0

I had a SERIOUS Coca Cola habit that I turned to after dropping diet coke because it was giving me headaches. I now will drink 8 oz of Coke Zero every day as a treat. I drink a lot of water and every morning I start my day with -4 oz of cranberry juice with 8 oz of plain seltzer water. Only drinking half the serving with the seltzer water leaves me with more calories fore other stuff and a nice fizz to the juice. I sometimes will add a little lime juice to my plain water.0
