LaCroix sparkling water-helps deal with the craving for a beer or glass of wine

I love LaCroix and Talking Rain sparkling water. Neither have any sodium and they do help make me feel full. I have had 2 glasses of beer this weekend...maybe I need to pick up some sparkling water. STAT!

Here is a bit of advice, nothing that is "diet", or fake. The real thing is the best for you. Such as real butter vs. i think it butter.

Definately real butter, real salad dressings, real sour cream

The fake stuff does not fill you up and keep you full like the real thing.
