    Thanks everybody, It all really means alot.
    If Ive inspired you in even the tiniest amount then I am thrilled.

    One of my biggest motivations is music, If you don't have an ipod I suggest picking up a $50 ipod shuffle that can clip onto your shirt. It will take you to new heights in your workout, I guarantee it.
