Special K bars are 90 calories. The chocolatey pretzel ones are the best, but they are all good. (And 90 calories eaten at 6pm is the same as 90 calories eaten at 9pm. A calorie is a calorie.)

Whatever you're in the mood for if you're hungry.

what if im in the mood for burger and fries?

    ice cream?
NOBODY should be eating those things after nine thirty at night!

some people have said its a myth about that time restraint on what you eat in the part of night. In Spain they eat dinner around 9 or 10pm.

Wow. I have had problems with major weight gain after eating pickles (water retention I know). I was once told "a pound per pickle". Just happened to me again recently. This may be "dill" pickles as that is all I like.
  • If I just want food in general an apple, but if I'm craving dessert I get those Special K 90 calorie bars. One with chocolate and I'm good.

Don't knock this till you've tried it: If you are a dill pickle fan, this has worked for me. Take a whole dill pickle, rinse and pat dry to de-salt it a bit. The crunch and the cold can fool you into thinking you have had a "dessert" of sorts. Kind of takes away the need for sweet somehow. It's NOT ice cream but ice cream will make you pay much more!! Check out the calorie number. i believe it is amazingly low but I can't remember the exact number.

Eat only if you're hungry! I'd have a low cal, non fat yogurt. I love the light n fit lemon chiffon!! The extra boost of dairy actually helps loose belly fat.

I would LOVE to say that I would eat an apple, cheese (actually that might happen) but realistically a 90 cal fiber peanutbutter bar... 60 cal pack sugar free chocolate jello or real jello -strawberry VERY low in cals- like 10 ha.:blushing:

Dill pickles contain about 1000 mg of sodium each. The recommended daily allowance for most people is under 2,300 mg per day. This is a LARGE chunk of your RDA for sodium. I love them too... But, eat sparingly or you will retain water...

90 sprays of salad spritzer directly into my throat.

    Just kidding...

I would say an apple...but usually if I have 90 cals left I'll just quit for the day.

medium size apple or half of pink grapefruit
  • i have yet to try this but apparently if you blend banana's and freeze the result it makes some kind of "ice cream". i am going to try it this week because i hear its delicious! especially if you add a packet of low calorie sweetener.

if I'm hungry, probably a piece of fruit

if I'm not hungry... nothing. 90 cals under isn't horrible.
3 x Brazil Nuts will easily fill the gap if you really want to.

I was advised to make it something protein, like nuts or sugar free yogurt.
  • Probably nothing... a cup of tea at the most. If it's a sweet tooth night... I lke those Nature Valley Chocolate Squares. I think they're 80-90 calories each. Or if I can't sleep and I'm hungry - I might heat up a cup of milk. Helps ya sleep! :o)

A fruit or a bowl of cottage cheese; Maybe even a spoon of peanut butter. It would mostly depend on what the macros for the day look like.

But if i were truly hungry, then f it. I would end up going over that day.
