I wouldn't wear that in public. I could see my husband wanting me to wear something like that at home but never out to a club or anywhere else where others would see me. I don't think it looks classy at all. I don't know how you could walk more than a few steps without it either falling down at the top or riding up at the bottom. If it was at least 6 inches longer, maybe. But as it is, no. I would not feel comfortable in it nor would it draw the kind of attention I would want. There definitely is a line between classy and trashy and this has crossed it. If it hasn't in your mind, what would be trashy? It can't possibly be any shorter. What are you going to do to modify it? Even if you have tights on people are going to see too much, IMO.

I definitely wouldn't wear it out....not alone that is. Opaque tights would probably make me more comfortable in it. I would, however, wear it for my hubby around the house. I have a little red dress that I wear just for my husband, not quite this short but, short enough that I'm still a little self conscious when we go out and it has a plunging neckline but, it's my husband's favorite dress so I wear it to please him. This dress alone, yes, it does look a bit trashy but could be made to look nice with tights. It was very sweet of your husband to get it for you - totally something my husband would do! :)

that looks like something you should wear @ home for some role play with the hunny. or go out of town, throw on some hooker shoes and do some role play with him @ a club you aren't familiar with and no one is familiar with you. ( the whole picking up a stranger @ the bar deal ) it def looks good on you, but it could def use some more fabric lol. might end up pulling a brittany spears when you get out of the car! don't wanna show off the hoohaa to the neighbors

Lol! I bought some skinny jeans today, no jacket though, thought I'd use a pink ribbon that would accent the pink in the dress to tie around to make it look more like a top.

    Hi There!
I personally don't feel comfortable wearing a very short dress. With maybe 3 or 4 more inches on it, I would probably rock it! =) Congrats on all of your weight loss, by the way! <3

Haven't read the responses but will answer honestly, no I would not wear that. I think a woman can be 10 times more beautiful when she shows a little modesty and isn't trying to attract attention with her hoo haa hanging out for the whole world to see.

    edited to add,

That came across a little more harsh than what I wanted but since I said I would be honest I will leave it. That said I think your weight loss is amazing and you are doing fantastic, I just think something like that is more appropriate for a night alone seducing your husband!

Even tho i may never meet you or have a real convo with you i can honestly tell you you look great!:smokin:  I actually have a bodyshaper that i would wear with this dress cus i too have one just like it except its silver and black. With some cute sexy 4 inch heels that go up my ankle. Perhaps on a night out with the girls or with my beau!

As a guy my opinion can be summarised as:

    O_O

It's a little on the short side... some leggings or something would go a long way.
  • I think it's really sweet how much he loves your body and honestly you have lost over 100 pounds, girl! that's a lot be proud! I wouldn't personally wear it in public without some tights etc but honestly wear it at home for your man, he got it for you for a reason let him enjoy it!

I wish I had the confidence to wear something like this. I think I'd be too self conscious of flashing someone and probably wouldn't be comfortable in it...

Probably not, but if it's for a nightclub go for it!

As a dress? Personally, no. I would wear it with a cute pair of skinny jeans, though.

    Sooo cute!

If I was at my goal weight I would definitely wear it but probably with some black leggings on underneath and a shrug .. but that's just because I'm a bit shy... but it looks good on you!

LOL This is so what I was thinking, I have a pair of black leggins and told my husband, so it won't go to waste that I could just wear my leggins under it. He says that defeats the purpose. But if I'm gonna wear it out, I need to do the leggins, I love my legs but I don't want the hole world to see my crotch hahaha.

i would wear it and if you cross your legs nobody will see your crotch......LOL

    Heck yes I would!
Probably with opaque tights though if I was anywhere but a nightclub, I'm not that brave.

I agree with the woman who said wear it with skinny jeans as a top, you couldn't even bend over in this, I'm not for the whole shoulder baring thing either, straps on it or a cute lil jacket would look better.......
