50 days of something

My cousin challenged me to 50 days of exercise...doesn't matter if it's 10 minutes or 50 minutes but just something. Anyone want in on the challenge?

    I'm in. I tend to get lazy on the weekends and not want to move. 50 days of exercise sounds good.

    I may add 50 days of tracking my food and completing my food journal every day.

    I'm bad about putting my food in these days...I was really hard core about it but now that I'm closer to my goal weight I've slacked off there. I love logging my exercise though lol

    I have a self imposed rule, I can't post my exercise if I don't post my food. I have a tendency to skip posting my food during the weekends because I know I eat over my goal calories.

    I just counted out 50 days. That takes us to May 29th. Just after Memorial Day weekend.

    I haven't tried anything on here as of yet I think I will give this a try. 50 days of getting in some exercise sounds good since I am quiet lazy when it comes to exercise.

    I'm in! I love challenges and I try to do some type of exercise everyday. Whether it's walking up and down the stairs on my meal break or walking in place while I'm watching TV.

    I think I will give this a try too-as a first. I exercise most days of the week now so this should just push me a bit more.
