    Offically Married for - seven months - lived together as common-law partners for 25 years.

    Married since this September. Still newlywed and madly in love. :love: We dated for a year and a half, and May will be two years together. We met each other back in high school when he dated my twin sister. :laugh: He couldn't date both of us and not pay for it (marriage).

    Oh cool! I didn't know fall weddings were so popular til I had one. (Well, we didn't have a wedding really. We ran off to Vegas.) September 21st though, on his 24th birthday. :happy: My mom just got married for the third time two weeks before us. I'm not sure of the exact day, but closer to your own anniversary than mine. And then my parents' anniversary was September 17th.

    At the time, we couldn't get time off work to take a honey moon. In fact his job wasn't even going to let him have our wedding day off, they ended up firing him a week before we got hitched. So we did it over labor day weekend and just did 2 nights in a hotel cause I had to be back at work. I met my man in high school too, been with him ever since and never been happier :happy:

    Wow, that job was crazy! You only get married (ideally) once in your life people. Sheesh. It's so sweet when high school sweethearts get and stay married. Congrats to you two. :flowerforyou:

    that wonderful job he had was Wal-Mart! That's okay, he found something else, better. We plan on renewing vows in a few years, because our wedding was just a mess.

    together 6 years now, engaged for almost 5 still waiting to get married just haven't had the money to do what we really want which is a pirate wedding in FL. Fingers crossed for next summer if I have waited this long whats another year lol.

    40 amazing and sometimes crazy years, known each other for 44 years!! It takes work but it's so worth it, can't imagine life without him!!

    Hubby and I met online and 4 months later we were married at the court house on a Thursday because that is the only day we had off together. We have been married for 8 years and we couldn't be happier. He is my best friend!

    Been together since July 2006 and married since November 2007:love: We met online cause we lived in different states. We waited a year to meet in person then 4 months after that we got married in a court house.

    We married the day he FINALLY asked me out 2 years later. :D

    We've had hard times and good times and the best times. We still stay up late chatting about stuff and I still get goose bumps when he comes home from work and gives me a kiss. He is truly my best friend!

    We're 20 and have been married 2 1/2 years and together for 5. Got married at 18 and it was the best decision we've ever made. We have ups and downs, but life is good. We hope to start a family in 4-5 years :)

    Married for 6 and a half years. Got married when I was 20 and he was 28 :) We now have two kids and are thinking about adding another to the family in the future.
