Wed: 927, spinning, cross trainer, weights, circuits
Thur: 584, spinning, 20minutes weights(doubt I'll make the 6000)
Fri: 907,10k run
Sat: 1,511 16k run
Sun: 573, Cross trainer, weights and situp(etc).
Target 6,000
Total 6,375
Result = I'm shattered
First time doing it, hard to do, saturday was a real struggle. Not doing it week on week.0 -
