45-60 minutes on the elliptical.
Debating about getting a ballet conditioning DVD. I take barre class 1-2 times a week and I can really see a difference in my body. Anyone have any great dance-related DVDs?0 -
Ran 3 miles. It was rough, partly because I ran 5 miles for the first time day before yesterday, and am still feeling that, and because it's too dang hot for April! Should have gone earlier this morning!0

I did 50 minutes of Kettle Worx kettle bell workout. Then I did housework, cooking and cleaning kitchen for two meals.0

I was going to be bad and not exercise today, but I just got bored in the office at work and did 50 jumping jacks. I'm thinking of moving on to sit-ups now lol0

Today I walked 69 blocks in New York....from 86th street down to 17th street.

4.5 miles on the treadmill....3.8 mph.....uphill....ave heartbeat 147.....1 hour 7 minutes.....burned 700 calories.....0

60 jr - 30 kbs
40 jr - 20 kbs
20 jr - 10 kbs
100 squats (5lb weights each hand, 50 with curls, 50 with military press)
50 lunges each leg (25 forward, 25 backward)
15 minutes hulahooping
Had to keep everything short and in my apartment for finals studying.0 -

Exercise bike 20 minutes
5 different leg weight machines-12 reps x3 times each0 -
today I ran .. not fast... but I RAN for 3.5 miles!!!! YEA..0
