    Today I walked 69 blocks in New York....from 86th street down to 17th street.

    I'm so done on multiple levels.
  • 4.5 miles on the treadmill....3.8 mph.....uphill....ave heartbeat 147.....1 hour 7 minutes.....burned 700 calories.....

  • 100 jumprope - 50 kettlebell swings (25lbs)
    80 jr - 40 kbs
    60 jr - 30 kbs
    40 jr - 20 kbs
    20 jr - 10 kbs

    100 squats (5lb weights each hand, 50 with curls, 50 with military press)
    50 lunges each leg (25 forward, 25 backward)

    15 minutes hulahooping

    Had to keep everything short and in my apartment for finals studying.

    I tried the kettlebell body shred today for the first time. I don't know how to log it but I liked it.

    Mowing 2 lawns
    Raking 2 lawns
    Washing a car
    After a nap, I might do some actual workouts. Maybe.

    30 day shred level 2. I'm feeling extra lazy today but if I can muster up the energy I'll run up and down my stairs or do another quick workout.

    Went to my first Piloxing class this morning. Loved it! Looking forward to when it's on the schedule at the Y in a couple of weeks. Instructors are still being trained.

    Wow reading some of these replies makes me feel super lazy! lol. I got up at 4AM to go to my gym and worked on arms and legs for about 45 minutes. Better then nothing I say!! (to make myself feel better) :tongue:
