    Hej, newbie here and it might take me bit even to reach 3000 as a starting goal - but your challenge looked just to good not to try. So here it comes:

    Feel free to join!

    Insanity burns can vary based on the workout but if you log them as "circuit training, general" that's pretty close for most of them I'd imagine - except the recovery days. I have a HRM to get my calorie burns from that.
