I'm like a robot, i have this 'wake up, drink a water, take some pills, make oatmeal, eat it 30mins later' routine. I don't even think about it.

Mon-Fri: if I'm hungry: a banana or some Bran Flakes; if I'm not hungry: a cup of tea
Sat: usually nothing because my lazy *kitten* is still in bed :blushing: so I start up at lunch.
Sun: always Full English breakfast day :happy: so grilled sausage and bacon, scrambled egg and beans
P.S. I weigh in first thing on Sunday, so I've usually burned off the Full English by the next Sunday

I can't eat a big breakfast, it seems to make me even more hungry by 10 30am.
I stick to just a bowl of Special K Oats and honey or whichever cereal is on sale that week, and a glass of OJ and of course coffee0 -

- 1/2 green pepper
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 cup of spinach
all of that with salsa "buffalo norteña" NOM NOM NOM0 -
