Weekly goal: 8000 w/HRM
Mon: 1001 burned (elleptical 50 minutes) + 26 minutes for 500 calories
Tues: 1000 (elleptical 50 minutes) + 1250 (elleptical for another 50 minutes and 30 minutes of situps, pushups, lunges, weights)
Wed: 1000 (elleptical 50 minutes) + 750 (elleptical and situps, pushups, weights)
Thurs: Kids got sick so no work out fo mom
Fri: 1500 calories today (90 minutes on the elleptical) + 500 (elleptical 25 minutes)
Sat: had work so no time to work out
Sun. 500 (elleptical for 25 minutes)
Total: 8001 ** I didn't think I would make it, but I did!

Tues: calories burned 2200!!!! Computrainer 3hrs 4 min (40 mile rolling course ave 13.0 mph HR 148 ave) What you gotta do for a slice or two of pizza! PS .... I DIDN'T EAT THE PIZZA, IT JUST HELPED THROUGH THE LAST 10 MILES!!!

Thur: calories burned 0! Today was an off day, I'm not going to count the 40 min walk to the store and carrying groceries back home. I was tempted, but I'll have better energy for tomorrows run.

I met my goal of 3000 and will try to meet 3500+ by end of the week. I still have 2 days and I am sure I will be able to get there. Thanks for this challenge!

I need a huge boost like this to really kick off my weight loss after having two consecutive baby girls! But this is definitely going to be hard, considering I have two infants [a one month old and a one year old] that I take care of all on my own, so I'm going to start a little lower. I'm going to do my best to get as close to my goal as possible, and if I don't make it this week, I will try even harder next week! Lord, give me the strength!!! *smile*
