wow what a difference! glad you posted as many people still need to learn that the scale can be their enemy!! you're looking great though, by the time the full-on heat of the summer hits, you'll be knocking people out with that bikini body. keep up the hard work!0

Thank you so much for your post! I am in the same position - I've been exercising for 7 weeks, and the scale isn't moving. I feel that my body is changing - thanks for the visual!0

This is a brilliant thread for those of us that can see and feel the changes but aren't being properly backed up at weigh in! Keep up the exercise people!0

Great work pays off keep up the good work. You are looking great0

That is amazing! I guess I'm going to have to ignore the scale from now on! I'm going to put it away and not weigh myself once the entire 30 Day Shred! I'm not going to do measurements either. Just at the beginning and then at the very end when I'm done with it! Can't wait!0

Yes the scale does lie lots of times and it gets ppl to stop what they started and this really shows u not to go by weight alone.
you look great keep it up!!0 -

I needed this BAD. Thank you so much. I've really been focusing on building muscle and I know that slows down what I see on the scale because my body is changing, but have been starting to get frustrated that nothing is happening. I am really going to try and let go of that after seeing your post. Thank you thank you.0

Great results!! Thank you so much for sharing this! I too have been having the "stalled scale but positive comments" experience and truly thought about throwing the dag-blame contraption in the trash!! lol! Thankfully, a cooler head prevailed! Keep up the great work!0

You look fabulous! Im officially riding the scale hating train as well! Thanks so much for posting your progress and giving us all one more reason to believe that the scale is an evil, mind messing piece of junk :happy:0

Hello everyone!
Upon urging from a few of my MFPs here, I'm posting the below picture. The photo on the left is from Jan 1st when I weighed 202lbs - the photo on the right is from this morning when I weighed 203lbs. Since January, I've done P90X and I'm finishing up month 1 of Insanity.
Just goes to show your body can change and the scale won't show it ONE BIT. If I didn't take photos and measurements, I would surely be insane by now.
IGNORE THE TORTURE DEVICE aka the scale!!
This is awesome!! I measure too! I have given up on the scale. It is evil. I measure every Sunday morning and write my measurements down to keep a log. I won't lose a pound on the scale but I will lose an inch around my waist. I hope more people start to measure instead of weigh. It is so motivating! Thank you for sharing! Fantastic job!0 -

Congrats! I needed this lesson. Thx for posting.0

Wow!! Good for you!!! I was dealing with a similar issue. Doing zumba 3-4 times a way plus running and I was dropping pant sizes but the scale wasn't moving. Glad to see I wasn't the only one!!0
