i reached the 3500 goal but didn't post...and i am ashamed to say that i kinda blew it with adding more calories back then i should have. so starting fresh this week....will be doing a workout once i get the kids to bed....tomorrow will be interesting with the tred and shed workout at the YMCA tomorrow....wonder how many cals that will be :-)

I am keeping my goal the same as last week, even though I went over about 800 calories, still want to keep it slow.

Mon: too busy running errands and over eating :-(
Tues: burned 388 (walking 100 minutes) + burned 155 (30 minutes general gardening)
