I make a smoothie out of plain Greek yogurt, frozen small banana, frozen blueberries & strawberries, and a little honey to sweeten. Comes to approximately 300 calories and is yummy.0

Oatmeal with a tiny bit of sugar, or fruit and greek yogurt, or 2 eggs with turkey sausage links and toast0

Almost every day - mostly on work days.....
1¼ cups Special K cereal (110 cal)
top with ..... 1 small container diced peaches packed in water - drained (35 cal)
then .....¼ cup skim milk (20 cal)
It's really good... sweet and crispy at the same time.
I need to try this! Special K is my favorite0 -
my favorite is:
a bagel thin : 110 cals
an egg : 70
canadian bacon: 50
cheese :50
280 cals total!! A breakfast sandwich for under 300 cals0 -
I just ate this this morning:
1/3 cup egg whites (egg beaters)
15g raw baby spinach
1 clove garlic (sliced)
3 cherry tomatoes (quartered)
1 large basil leaf (sliced)
1 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
I heated the olive oil in a small pan then sauted the tomatoes and garlic until just about cooked. Added the spinach and basil for about 10 seconds until wilted. Poured in the egg whites and scrambled with a touch of salt and pepper. (It can also be made in the microwave: Just add all ingredients to a bowl and nuke for about 2 mins...the tomatoes add a bit of water so maybe 2.5 mins. just to be safe)
All together this is only ...wait for it... 127 calories! I couldn't believe it either when i entered it in. So i decided since it was so low in calorie that i would add a slice of whole wheat toast with 1tsp of "I can't believe it's not butter".
All in all a very very filling breakfast!0 -
No pic but today I was craving crab! So I made a nice crab salad for brunch:
1 can bumblebee premium fancy lump crabmeat
A squeeze of a wedge of lemon
tsp of curry powder
2 chopped hardboiled eggs
1 tbsp of Kraft olive oil mayo
chopped green onion
1 tbsp of Bubbi pure Kosher dill relish
It was good! 276 calories, 28 grams of protein, 15 grams of fat0 -

Smoothie with 1 cup 2% milk, one banana, a handfull of berries of some sort, one packet of Splenda or Stevia, and a few ice cubes in a blender. It's yummy and somewhere around 275 to 300 calories. Yummy and filling.0

Hi I would love to share my breakfasts with you. My food diary is open. I have created 3 meals that I rotate. One is my Oatmeal meal, one is my malt-o-meal meal and I have a scrambled egg white meal. All of my breakfasts are under 400 calories. Check out my food diary if you'd like. I have been pretty nuts over fresh spinach lately. à¿à0
