Potato Chips In the Oven... Magic. Absolute Magic.

I tried this recipe and was not to pleased with the out come. Not real crispy as described. They tasted okay, but not what I was expecting.

Well that's unfortunate! Maybe you cut your chips too thick? Or didn't microwave them long enough? Every time I've done this, they turn out crispy as can be.
As for taste... it all depends on what you season them with. I mean, they're going to taste like well, potatoes...
