    heart rate monitor... it's probably the most accurate way to count the calories you are burning with your exercise routines. Mine should be here tomorrow :-)

    So far 2200 cal. I'm happy as I'm not even counting housework light gardening small walks or shopping! :drinker:

    Mon: 528 calories burned (47 minutes elliptical trainer)
    Tue: 509 calories burned (30 min running on mini trampoline, 20 min walking 3 mph, 75 min light/mod cleaning and cooking)
    Wed: 537 calories burned (37 Min elliptical, 18 min stationary bike)

    Going to add some strength training today before my cardio workout!
