            Im in this for sure my goal is 10,000 this should be easy im in a challenge to do 100miles this month and i do four a day and burn over a thousand a day

            My weekly goal on MFP is set at 3200 calories burned for exercise per week. I usully go over 4000 a week though. There were times when I was moving our offices and doing heavy landscaping in our yard all in the same weeks and was over 8000 calories burned in those weeks (unfortunately I did not increase my calories eaten thoses weeks and ended up gaining weight though). Lessoned learned from that: that is when it is okay to binge on pizza and high calories pasta dishes at restaurants!0
