Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!
This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

I'll be in for week 35 for 4,199 calories burned (3,500 this week and 699 leftover from last week).
My Bonus Challenge for myself is getting at least 3 days of strength training this week. I've been slacking on that.0 -

My goal is to burn 3,500 calories this week and do 30 day shred everyday on top of my calorie burning cardio.

Im def in!!:) My goal this week is 6,000. Thats just a bit more than I normally do each week so that will give me a challenge hehe, not to mention sometimes I lack the motivation to do my normal amount of workouts:) Im also doing a bonus challenge for myself to do at least 10 mins of jogging in place each day:)0

I'm gonna bump my goal up this week, i went too far over the 3500 last week for me not to at least try for 4k.
