    You have an hour after you post to make edits otherwise you just copy and paste - that's what I've always done. Just copy the previous entry and add your new data, or you can quote your previous post and enter the new day's data as well.

    Well I'm in. I'll get started on this today when I get off work. I plan on burning 3,500 calories this week and doing Billy Blanks Insane Abs at least 3 days a week. Wish me luck!! Will post results tomorrow ^_^
