Jeni I felt that way completely last week. I was at a great weight which made me happy and then i just ate bad bad and more bad the whole week and ended up gaining a few pounds. How do you find yourself to get really motivated? i would like to drop 2 of the pounds that i gained this coming week. I gained 3.60

Feelings this week: horrible! I had a very stressful week and let the food around me get the best of me. Also, didn't work out at all. Summer semester and work are killing me combined! Not gonna let them win this week though! Aimed a little higher for my end of June goal weight since I know 8 lbs. isn't going to be possible in two weeks!0 -
I will weigh myself on Mondays for this month:
5/28: 140.6
6/4: 136.4 lost a lot in one week but that is partly due to being sick.
6/11 140.0 Had a very tough week but it's my fault, I ate whatever I wanted and didn't stick to it at all. Can anyone give me advice on staying on target when you get to a low amount of weight because every time I get to a good weight which makes me happy i cheat really bad.

Just thought I would throw in a little update. I've managed to lose a little over 3 lbs so far since June 1st. YAY! Lol. Gonna go for another 3 or 4 ish before the month is up. ^_^0

One down :happy: , two to go for this month
Ran my first 5K for the first time in a long time last weekend and completed it in 28 minutes 34 seconds, a definite PB for me. Glad the 5K is over as I can move onto training for my 8K in August now! It is great to have a new 'plan' with something to focus on.0 -
13/6 - Slow first week and nearly lost motivation (I'm very impatient) but now I have actually lost 2lb! I've been exercising nearly every day so feeling really happy and much fitter! Good luck everyone with your targets!0

June 6th: 132.6 (it was a gain but i was expecting it, if you're on my friends list you'll know i had a rough weekend which completely threw me off. Today I've finally started to get my positive energy back and I plan to start back on working out full force as of next week! I'm not giving up!!)

Ok, Belle, you've officially caught up with me. We are now the same weight. I seem to be stuck here, so I won't be surprised when you leave me in your dust at the end of the month... Wish I had your consistency!
Really we are the same weight now? We are also the same height and work in the same area - we are practically twins!!!! Is your goal weight the same as mine?
My weight loss has slowed down this last month so I think every loss from now on is going to be hard fought!!! I am no longer going to aim to loss 5lbs a month - I think that would be unrealistic so I am going to focus on smaller monthly goals from now on. I set it to 3lbs for this month and will probably only aim for 2lbs next month! I figure if the goals are smaller and I am still achieving them that it will keep me more focused!
I know if it going to take me longer to get to my goal weight doing it this way but I set a target weight of 135lbs by the end of the year - so I am still on track! We will get there. It may take time but we will get there.0
