Nature's Own English Muffin with 1 tbsp. of peanut butter.
Lunch:
Salmon, peas and an apple.
Dinner:

S: banana nut bread + 1 T. peanut butter
L: homemade lentil & veggie soup, 1 pita bread
S: frozen strawberries, chocolate protein shake

Hi got back from our weekend trip and I did not leave any fat in Arkansas but did bring some more home .

Had a waffle for breakfast. Too busy to eat during lunch so had a snack bar. Then for dinner, I'm eating balsamic vinegar grilled chicken and asparagus.0

I'm tired today too from the time change. Couldn't fall asleep last night and had a really long day. Hope you all adjusted ok to the fall back!
B'fast: 1 scrambled egg, piece of cheese, turkey sausage, all on a multi-grain English muffin
Lunch: Sun-dried tomato turkey, cheese, lettuce, light mayo on 45 cal Sara Lee. Baby carrots, Yoplait cinnamon roll yogurt
No snack today because I had to take a long exam during my snack time
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, sauteed zucchini, roasted garlic and pecan whole grain blend. Some Sprite Zero also. Yummmmm!0 -

Second Breakfast 1 Yoplait vanilla yogurt; 1/4 cup walnuts

11am 14 shrimp with horseradish for dipping, 1/2 sweet potato (plain)
1pm 3 egg whites scrambled with laughing cow garlic cheese, josephs flax seed pita, hot sauce

5pm 4oz pork loin, broccoli, lettuce/red pepper with balsamic vinegar, arnold sandwich thin with laughing cow cheese

Starbucks tall cappacino with sugar
Lunch= Tomato soup with basil and cut up mushrooms
2 Rice cakes with cream cheese Lettuce and tomato
Expresso with sugar and a splash of milk
Dinner:
Rice noodels with peppers, mushrooms, ginger and asian chili sauce0 -
Breakfast: Shredded wheat with skim milk
Lunch: Salad with a can of tuna
Dinner: Sirloin steak, salad, and I don't know what else

Hello to you too. :happy: How is everything in Mesquite? There was an accident on 80 this morning on my way in. The whole highway was shut down. I was stuck in traffic for awhile but I ended up only being 5 mins late to work.

100 calorie english muffin with 1tbsp. of peanut butter and 1/2 a cup of hot chocolate.
Snack:
Yoplait Fat Free Banana Cream Pie Yogurt
Lunch:
Campbells soup, crackers, string cheese and a sugar free jello.

Slow cooked shredded chicken... need to figure out what else
I might have a serving of my Edy's pumpkin flavored ice cream after dinner! Need to get all this in my food diary and see what I need to do, probably need more calories!
