I'm really bad for eating little as I'm not a big eater also not a big wheat/bread/pasta fan.
I eat about 800-1200 calories, and then minus my exercise which can add up to 400 decrease.
Soon this will all change!
I re-signed up for my gym membership so will be working out more, along with the long walks and yoga I'm super excited
Also I'm going to try to eat way more calories, staying within my very limited carb intake.0 -
