    Breakfast:
    Nature's Own English Muffin with 1 tbsp. of peanut butter.

    Lunch:
    Salmon, peas and an apple.

    Dinner:
    Not sure yet.

    B: 2 egg omelet w/ cheese, black beans, peppers & onions & salsa + hot black tea

    S: banana nut bread + 1 T. peanut butter

    L: homemade lentil & veggie soup, 1 pita bread

    S: frozen strawberries, chocolate protein shake

    D: salmon burger, lots of veggies

    Dessert: greek yogurt + frozen blueberries

    Hi got back from our weekend trip and I did not leave any fat in Arkansas but did bring some more home .
    So tomorrow back on the bus Along with the rest of you.

    Had a waffle for breakfast. Too busy to eat during lunch so had a snack bar. Then for dinner, I'm eating balsamic vinegar grilled chicken and asparagus.

    Snack:
    Yoplait Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt.

    Lunch:
    Salmon, peas, string cheese and a sugar free jello.

    Snack:
    Apple

    Dinner:
    Steak, baked potato with a little butter and corn.

    Breakfast----1 egg. oroweat sndwich bun with cheese.
    Snack apple
    Lunch----ham sandwhich apple
    snack yugort
    Supper ---big bowl of soup
    snack ---bowl of cereal and milk.

    I'm tired today too from the time change. Couldn't fall asleep last night and had a really long day. Hope you all adjusted ok to the fall back!

    B'fast: 1 scrambled egg, piece of cheese, turkey sausage, all on a multi-grain English muffin

    Lunch: Sun-dried tomato turkey, cheese, lettuce, light mayo on 45 cal Sara Lee. Baby carrots, Yoplait cinnamon roll yogurt :love:

    No snack today because I had to take a long exam during my snack time :(

    Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, sauteed zucchini, roasted garlic and pecan whole grain blend. Some Sprite Zero also. Yummmmm!

    Dinner 1/2 cup scrambled salmon; 1 zucchini; jicama

    5pm 4oz pork loin, broccoli, lettuce/red pepper with balsamic vinegar, arnold sandwich thin with laughing cow cheese

    I woke up exhausted and hungry from my workout yesterday!

    B: 1 piece lightly buttered wheat toast, hard boiled egg, shredded wheat and milk, tons of coffee!
    S: Big red grapes
    L: Leftover sirloin steak and salad
    S: Hard boiled egg, glass of milk
    D: Slow cooked shredded chicken... need to figure out what else
    I might have a serving of my Edy's pumpkin flavored ice cream after dinner! Need to get all this in my food diary and see what I need to do, probably need more calories!
