    Thur: 250 (Insanity Asylum- Back 2 Core.....45 min.)

    Fri: 500 (Insanity Asylum- Vertical Plyo (39 min)- 250 calories. HIIT Treadmill ~2 min. 3.6 MPH uphill waslk- 1 min. 6.1. MPH run, repeat (33 min.) 250 calories

    Sat: calories burned: 250 (Cleaning house, washing car, cooking, walking dog)

    Sun: 620 (Insanity Asylum Game Day-61 minutes, 420 Calories.......Walking the fair for 3 hours- 3.7 miles 250)
