I'm also joining in late. I just found this. I've been back to MFP for a little over the week. I don't know where I found it but I come with a new found commitment. And while I expect challenges I am determined to keep it. I have had a fantastic week. I used the forums to find some online support, came across this and think it's a great way to keep myself on track and accountable and my progress is good so far this week. I am excited for my Saturday weigh in!

I don't understand i was very active every day and had shakes almost every day .... but had some poor food choices while on the road. BTW beware of Tim Horton's Cream Cheese Bagels. 420 cals in one serving.0 -

This week was a little more challenging for me. Maybe because I did so well last week...Not sure!!! I tagged along with my husband to Arizona for a business trip for him and although I laid by the pool quite a bit...I still managed to work out everyday we were there. The problem was....I ate horribly!!! So I guess the good new is I didn't gain....but I really was hoping to lose just a bit!!!! I'm hoping by the end of this weekend with a lot of water drinking....I can get rid of the sodium and lose a bit!

As seems to be my pattern the past few months, I gain a pound or so in the first week and then fight to get that off and miss the 5lb target. Started off the same this month, so it's a bit tricky to hit the 5lb target but I'm going to try my best, 12 days to get more off.
