I too, struggle like you. The thought of dieting forever?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I definitely agree though - one day at a time. Focus on what your goals are for today (I also think it's safe to set short term realistic goals for the near future too) and it seems far less daunting.
So, for today - I will make healthy food choices, I will be proud of the progress I have made and own the fact that I'm taking control of my health!! Well said0 -
