    Well I haven't been keeping up with my weight weekly, or as close as I should be, but I did notice today I've lost another two pounds! That makes 10lbs so far for the month of June. I'm so excited!

    Ultimate SW: 195
    SW for June: 180
    CW (June 22): 170

    Ultimate GW: 115ish

    Congratulations to the successful losses! I slipped up and as a result went up instead of down. Now I probably won't reach this month's goal. :(

    6/4: 136.4 lost a lot in one week but that is partly due to being sick.
    6/11 140.0 Had a very tough week but it's my fault, I ate whatever I wanted and didn't stick to it at all. Can anyone give me advice on staying on target when you get to a low amount of weight because every time I get to a good weight which makes me happy i cheat really bad.

    June 11: 169.4 Going down slowly but surely...
    June 18: 170.6 I've been super bad and eating out a lot this last 2 weeks...time to start c25k and back at healthy eating.
    June 25: 167.6 I just might be able to pull off 5 lbs this month!

    SW (start weight, optional) 213
    CW (current weight) 169.4
    GW (goal weight for the month of June) 165 or less if possible
    UTG: (Ultimate goal weight) somewhere in the 140 range

    I didn't have a change this week, but I guess a 4 week loss of 8lbs is a good healthy pace. I will try harder this week!
