Mon: 45 mins at the Gym
Tue: 45 Fitball Class
Wed: 60 mins Pilates or maybe walking (waiting on other plans to be finalised!)
Thur: 60 mins Pilates/Yoga etc
Fri: 30 mins gym
Sat: 30 mins walking
Sun: 30 mins walking
