    I may just join for week #4 and see if I can get the full 360 min! If I can't, well I will start next week at 180 and go from there! Thanks for the invite!
    180 the 1st week may be better unless you are already regularly exercising! have a good week!!

    I'm in for this week! I'm back on myfitnesspal after a longggg break!
    I'm here for good this time, and want to start using the community support a lot more.

    Here's my plan for the week - does anyone have any advice?

    Week # 1 -- June 25th -- Goal 300 minutes:

    Mon: 45 mins at the Gym
    Tue: 45 Fitball Class
    Wed: 60 mins Pilates or maybe walking (waiting on other plans to be finalised!)
    Thur: 60 mins Pilates/Yoga etc
    Fri: 30 mins gym
    Sat: 30 mins walking
    Sun: 30 mins walking

    Total / min left: 0 / 300

    May was fun...I'm in for June! Husband's family reunion coming up July 13th--15th. Six weeks from June 4th. I will be down at least 10 pounds by then. Must get into my skinny jeans!

    Week #1 -- June 4 - 10 -- Goal 450 -- Actual 550 -- (six weeks to reunion)
    Week #2 -- June 11 - 17 -- Goal 450 -- Actual 475 -- (five weeks to reunion)
    Week #3 -- June 18 - 26 -- Goal 450 -- (four weeks to reunion)

    Mon: 73 mins walking
    Tue: rest
    Wed: 65 mins walking; 60 mins reaching, squatting, packing, whining
    Thur: 62 mins walking; puppy sitting
    Fri: 75 mins walking; cutting up big boxes; smashing styrofoam; stuffing trashcans
    Sat: 75 mins walking; hanging w/puppy
    Sun: 75 mins walking; moving king bed, kitchen & bathrooms; hanging w/puppy
