I'm in for this week! I'm back on myfitnesspal after a longggg break!
I'm here for good this time, and want to start using the community support a lot more.
Here's my plan for the week - does anyone have any advice?
Week # 1 -- June 25th -- Goal 300 minutes:
Mon: 45 mins at the Gym
Tue: 45 Fitball Class
Wed: 60 mins Pilates or maybe walking (waiting on other plans to be finalised!)
Thur: 60 mins Pilates/Yoga etc
Fri: 30 mins gym
Sat: 30 mins walking
Sun: 30 mins walking
Total / min left: 0 / 3000 -
Week # 1 -- June 4th -- Goal 400 min / Actual - Goal Met 400 min
Week #2 -- June 11th Goal 400 min - Goal not met 295 min.
