Time flies! I haven't logged in since Wednesday. Since I have not logged anything in all that time I am giving myself demerits and putting in for:

    Me: 9
    LNS: 9

I really need to take stock of my goals as just logging things these days is a chore, let alone eating of any kind. Feeling sorry for myself :(

get back to logging!!! it helps to keep you on track when you have to write everything down....come on....you CAN do it!

    Thank you for the support!

I'm in - going to make my cut off 9:30. That allows me one snack (goal is a healthy snack) after my son goes to bed.

i'm definitely in, cut off for me will be 8pm, i'm noticing that i'm ruining my efforts by eating in the late evening, mostly out of boredom. need to stop or i will never get to where i want to be.

First night was kinda rough. Sometimes dinner is at 6:30-7pm, like last night. I like a sweet after dinner. I could alway include a fruit or small dessert with dinner..that might save me..

I think it's down to this challenge so thanks guys..:flowerforyou:

Damn, I missed the boat for this one too even though I said in May that I'd join in June... ah well, starting late is better than never, and I'll be sure to keep up with things in July!

Those buttermilk biscuits were just temptingly sitting there on the counter last night...

I should join, even though LNS almost never causes me to go over on cals.

I tend to be a grazer. I'm trying REALLY hard to stop that. I've implemented set times for a snack IF I feel like I need to eat something. 10am, 2pm and 8pm. More often than not I skip the 10am and 2pm snacks. I find the 8pm snack is often 9pm, but that depends on what time we had dinner. So... Imma join in here. Tonight will be my first night. Cut off time? 8:30pm

Oh God you guys, this thread is a life saver! So glad that there are other people out there than me. Its so hard. I get in, make my dinner which is always balanced and healthy after being so good all day.

    Then the feasting begins :(

Tomorrow: cut off time 9pm. It is. I mean it.

    Lets do this!

Continue to log, yahoo!! Going out tomorrow so a tad nervous. Last night, almost mindlessly grabbed a snack from the kitchen on my way through but realized before I opened the package! At least my late night grazing habit is moving from unconsciousness to conscious.
