Sure! I'm In I love Jillian (glutton for punishment i guess!) If any one needs a copy you can get it for between $8 and $15 just about anywhere like amazon.com, walmart, any movie store... (amazon was the least expensive i found) I did it before and was very pleased with the results. I wasn't very consistent but did it about 3x/w and saw results in about 2 wks!!

I've done 2 months before doing the 30DS every other day.... I lost 9lbs and 3.5inches. I like Jillian a lot and have tons of her other workouts. I'm 1/3 of the way through Slim in 6 right now, but I wish I could join you all. Maybe if the 2nd phase (which I start today) isnt so bad I can add it. Good luck to everyone doing it and I know if you stick with it you really will see inches disappear!0

Might have to join you:). I completed stage 1 last year but gave up after one session of stage 2... So hard! Hopefully, this time round I can complete the challenge!!!0

I actually started it. Im on day 3 and its pretty freaken awsome on average I burn about 265 calories in 20 min and its so convenient right in my living room!0

Yay day 1 complete!! Was hard, but not too hard, like i can see myself doing it reasonably easily after 10 days. bet il feel my legs tomorrow though after all those squats lol0

Tomorrow is actually my rest day for the week but I will start Monday! I actually tried to do the workouts last week but I couldn't make it through. I think I can this time though.0

New to the site, but started this today, and am hoping to stick with it for the entire month, on top of my regular training.0

I'm on Day 3 of level one, i must be dead unfit as i sweated buckets ! I had a day off yesterday as I did level one on Friday morning then went to Heaton Park to see The Stone Roses in Manchester and afterwards had to do a 5 mile walk back into the centre of Manchester to get my bus home. Next day my bum and calves were aching so much i had to hobble round all day..not sure if it's a middle aged me not used to standing around for hours, walking 5 miles in one go..or that kicking yourself in the *kitten* exercise that did it. Probably a combination of all 3. Anyway, hope it works !0
