I've been hooked on this smoothie. It sounds gross but it totally tastes like peanut butter and banana!

i had an egg muffin thing, it has to be less than 90 calories. i made 4 of them with 3 eggs, two handfulls of chopped spinach, 1/4 onion, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, and chilli powder, and a little bit of milk to bulk. poured them into muffin tray.

2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of turkey bacon or jimmy deans turkey sausage crumbles with diced green peppers and onions mixed in to top the eggs with. A a slice of aunt millies 40 cal per slice bread. yummm. if i go with the bacon rather than the sausage I use salsa over my eggs for extra flavor.0

1 tbsp barney butter almond butter (smooth or chunky)
