Gah, one of these days I'll remember to take a picture of my yogurt concoction that, to me, tastes exactly like Dannon fruit on the bottom, only much healthier.

Depending on the day I either eat a whole serving (12oz) or half serving (6oz).

8oz/4oz Chobani Greek Yogurt or Oikos Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat for both). I prefer the texture of Chobani.
4oz/2oz Blackberries (I've tried raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries but blackberry is my fave).
2tbsp/1tbsp Honey (For GI choose flower honey not clover honey)
    8/16 drops of Liquid Stevia

    276 cal/138 cal, 24g carb, 12g protein, 22g sugar

Then I'll also have my coffee and vitamins which is an additional 71 cal.

Toss in one 8 inch skillet spayed with Pam, 4oz ground turkey, well seasoned to your taste (low salt so can't have sausage) 1/2 c ea of diced onion, yellow or red sweet pepper, and broccoli, stir up with some Trader Joe's chili pepper sauce, cover and heat till veggies are partially done, pour on 2 servings of egg beaters (or 2 eggs stirred your choice) cover and wait for eggs to get done. Looks a bit like the egg casserole posted earlier or a frittata. Add guacamole, or salsa, or cheese or whatever after plating.

Basic frittata: 359 calories with Wholly Guacamole snack pack. 43 protein

I vary the ingredients a lot depending on what veggies are in the fridge and the mood I'm in, I pre chop on the weekend so prep time is around 15 minutes, I make my lunch salad while it's cooking so kitchen time is around 20 minutes start to finish.

No photo- but I love a fresh fruit salad! So few calories and so yummy!
Sliced banana, pear, nectarine and a couple of fresh strawberries from the garden- about 80 calories!
Can add a drop of fat-free yoghurt and maybe a swirl of lemon curd.

If you need something more substantial (I've only really been gardening today!) try porridge with a handful of raisins! Yum!

My usual weekday breakfast is cereal, skim milk and a banana. Today it was Trader Joe's Toasted Oatmeal Flakes (my absolute favorite cereal) with skim milk and the banana for 241 cals. I want to try the egg cups sometime.

Breakfast has always been hard for me, I never liked pastry or sweet things for breakfast (even when I didn't care about what I ate) and am never hungry when I wake up. I've had to train myself to eat breakfast because I know its important and since I don't get my lunch break till around 2-3pm, I know I'll be starving by then!

Poached Egg on Toast and spinach - 215 calories

Do you do anything special to the spinach or just steam it or what? I'm trying to liven up the spinach and egg thing:) We also love artichoke hearts with it.
