Just finished, and it was a lot tougher (at some parts) than I thought it would be!

Started this this morning, I could barely sit afterwards I love it! Does anyone know how to calculate how much is burned during the work out? There is no way that its just under areobics.

Starting tonight...having someone help me take my measurements so I can be even more determined to stick with it! Bought the DVD a few months ago, and haven't really used it. But, I do remember that after day 1, I ached everywhere! Looking forward to it :)

    Starting tomorrow.
I think it's roughly about 300-500 cals a workout... general circuit training is closest I think.

Just finished it. I thought it would be harder than it actually was. I did have to stop a lot, so I'm happy about that. I'm excited to see what it does to me. :)

Ok so after yesterday I was gonna give up. But I just did day 2 so am proud of myself for not giving up. Feel like a jellyfish and shaking like a leaf. Can only hope it gets easier

Day 2 complete! And it felt a little bit easier already! Although i can really feel my leg and arm muscles, and starting to feel my abs too. Can only be a good thing!

    Question:
How do you track it in your exercise on this site?
    Thanks for any advice!

Day 2 done, again without stopping once and feeling better. My only problem with the programme is I don't even have 2 seconds to have any water, I get very thirsty with medication s it's a little difficult, but I'm managing.

Most people seem to log it a circuit training. I think it underestimates cals burnt though. If you want a more accurate reading you would have to invest in a HRM!
